Notice of Special Resolution

Members are advised that, in addition to the ordinary business of the Annual General Meeting, a Special Resolution will be proposed to amend the Constitution of the Hamilton Kangaroos Football Netball Club.

Proposed Constitutional Amendment

Current Rule 3

The financial year of the Association is each period of 12 months ending on 30 June.

Proposed Rule 3

The financial year of the Association is each period of 12 months ending on 31 October.

Reason for the Amendment

The Board recommends this amendment to better align the Club's financial reporting period with the completion of the football and netball season, annual sponsorship arrangements, and the Club's operational activities. The proposed change will provide improved alignment between the Club's activities and its financial reporting and governance obligations.
